Current students: The scholarship application process is completed online. Current student scholarship applications generally open in October and close in March. Once scholarships are open, the link to the online form will be available on each scholarship information page via the Scholarships website.
Future Students: Most scholarships can be applied for online. Some of our future student scholarships (for example the Curtin Excellence Scholarship) do not require an application. More information can be found on the Scholarships website.
How do I apply for on-campus student accommodation?To apply for accommodation at Curtin Perth:
As some accommodation options are more popular than others, we recommend that you apply for on-campus student accommodation as soon as you accept your offer to study. In the case where your preferred room is not available, the Reservations team will contact you and recommend an alternative.

It is free to apply for accommodation at both the Perth and Kalgoorlie campuses.

Can TISC applicants change their course preferences?Yes, please refer to Choosing and Changing Preferences on the TISC website for information on how to change your preferences.
Note: TISC applicants should check the relevant deadlines on the TISC calendar for important dates regarding changing preferences and application deadlines.
Can I study part-time?You may be able to study part-time, undertaking as few as 25 or 50 credit points (one or two units) per semester. This reduces your weekly workload considerably but extends the duration of your course. You may also be able to change each semester, studying part-time in one semester, then full-time in the following. But keep in mind that not all courses have a part-time study option.

What is undergraduate study?Undergraduate study is also referred to as post-secondary education and is normally studied at a higher education institution, such as a university.
The most common type of undergraduate study is the Bachelor’s degree, which typically takes three to four years to complete. If a student is achieving a good course weighted average (CWA), they may be invited to stay on for an extra year and complete the bachelor degree with honours.
